程序中使用了struts的<html:checkbox></html:checkbox>标签，但是该标签没有checked属性，如果要在页面加载时使其默认选中可在该标签的后面加一个与该标签具有相同property属性的<html:hidden></html:hidden>标签，并设置其value="true",注意checkbox标签的value属性应写为value="",既不能不写也不能写为true或false
即：
<html:checkbox property="basDict.dictIsEditable" value="" />
<html:hidden property="basDict.dictIsEditable" value="true" />
