教育部海外考试中心报名网站将于2008年11月22日上午9点至11月23日23点关闭进行系统维护，在此期间临时停止所有对外服务，请考生提前做好准备。
特别提示：
申请免费寄送2008年11月23日托福网考成绩单的考生，请于11月22日上午9点之前完成相应操作；
原定2008年11月29日和30日GMAT考试的考生，如果申请转考、退考请于11月22日上午9点之前完成相应操作。

Overseas Tests Registration Website System Closed for Maintenance
The overseas tests registration website system will be temporarily closed for system maintenance from 09:00 on 22 Nov to 23:00 on 23 Nov, 2008. During this period all services of the website will be unavailable.
Notice：
Candidates who apply for TOEFL test free official score reports for 23 Nov 2008, please complete the procedure before 09:00 on 22 Nov 2008.
Candidates who will be taking GMAT tests on 29 and 30 Nov 2008, please complete the rescheduling procedure or cancelling procedure before 09:00 on 22 Nov 2008.
